Service requests and estimates

Arrival times are estimates affected by traffic, access, weather, vehicle location, stock, and technician availability. A booking is accepted when our team confirms the vehicle, location, battery option, and dispatch.

Information on the website is general. Battery compatibility is confirmed from the vehicle specification and the unit fitted to the car before installation.

Customer responsibilities

• Provide accurate vehicle, contact, location, and access information.
• Obtain any permission needed for us to access the property or work on the vehicle.
• Provide a reasonably safe place for the technician to inspect and work on the car.
• Tell us about modifications, electrical faults, previous jump-start attempts, or known hazards.

Testing and authorisation

We may test the battery and charging system before recommending a replacement. By approving the work, you confirm that you own the vehicle or are authorised to permit the inspection and installation.

Quotes, payment, and invoices

We confirm the battery option and service charge before work begins where reasonably possible. Payment is due when the agreed service is complete unless another arrangement is confirmed in writing. A dated invoice records the supplied product, service, and applicable warranty.

Warranty

Warranty coverage and duration depend on the selected battery and are stated on the invoice. A claim may require the invoice, battery inspection, and confirmation that the failure falls within the manufacturer or supplier terms. Damage caused by misuse, accident, vehicle faults, unauthorised alteration, or failure to maintain the charging system may not be covered.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable UAE consumer-protection law.

Cancellations and access failures

Tell us as soon as possible if the service is no longer needed. A reasonable callout charge may apply if a technician has already been dispatched, the supplied details are materially wrong, the vehicle cannot be accessed, or the site is unsafe. Any charge will be explained based on the circumstances.

Website use

You may use this website for lawful personal or business enquiries. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorised access, submit harmful material, or misuse its content. Third-party links and services are provided for convenience and operate under their own terms.

Liability and applicable law

We are responsible for performing the confirmed service with reasonable care. We are not responsible for delay or loss caused by events outside reasonable control, inaccurate information, unsafe access, or an unrelated vehicle fault. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by UAE law.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates and Dubai. The courts with jurisdiction in Dubai will handle disputes unless applicable law requires another forum.
